i scanned some acrylic paint marks and used them for the majority of this. im pretty terrible with paint but i CAN arrange layers in a program..so there's that.

Who's that Pokemon?

I pulled him apart because what i did before wasn't working. This should allow for a rotatable head, and it's still pretty light, so hopefully i wont have any problems when animating.
